At Ma’iingan Designs™, each order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely and ready for use.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated.

Shipping Locations

To keep shipping simple and predictable, we currently offer Free Shipping. Local shipping methods are available.

We currently ship within Canada only (for now).

Free Shipping applies to orders shipping within Canada. Local pickup is available (checkout options).

If your order requires a larger package or more than one box, we’ll contact you with options before shipping (fees may apply). If you prefer, you may request to cancel the order for a full refund before it ships.

United States & International Shipping

We do not offer U.S. or International shipping at this time. We may add it in the future once customs/duties and shipping options are finalized.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Local pickup

Local pickup (Winnipeg/Kenora area) may be available by request - contact us before ordering.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Ma’iingan Designs™ is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ma’iingan Designs™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist you.
