Returns & Exchanges

I want you to feel good about your purchase. Because Ma’iingan Designs items are often handmade and/or made-to-order, returns work a little differently depending on what you ordered.

Returns (Ready-to-Ship Items)

We accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery:

Eligible items

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following are generally final sale:

• Custom commissions items (made to order) are final sale, unless there is a workmanship issue or damage on arrival.

• Opened and used belt-making kits or supplies may not be eligible for return for safety/quality reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number, and

• clear photos of the item + packaging.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item sent) or confirmed damage/defect.

• Please do not send items back until you receive return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider.
